Review: Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Range

Nip + Fab has very quickly become one of my favourite/go-to skincare brands, not only is it affordable but its available at our local high street stores such as Boots & Superdrugs.
The ambassador also happens to be Kylie Jenner who is always raving about this brand and has such amazing skin!

I was interested in this line in particular because it has Glycolic Acid which is super beneficial for the skin, it removes the dead skin cells from the surface and clears up blocked pores and blackheads keeping the skin clear - it also helps acne scaring if you're consistent with it. I've only used 3 products so far as I haven't had the chance to pick up the face mask and to be honest I'm not really too keen on getting the cleanser as I already own so many gel based cleansers.

Glycolic Fix Scrub
I can't tell you how many tubes of this I've been through, I love it so much I'm always stocking up when I find it on offer. The little exfoliating beads are much finer than your usual face scrub and it really does feel like its deeply exfoliating my skin every time I use it, it doesn't feel harsh what so ever and I have pretty sensitive skin. I do most my skincare in the shower and after I come out my skin feels unbelievably smoother and brighter! I recommend only using this scrub twice a week as it contains glycolic acid which is pretty strong and can cause some drying if over used.

Glycolic Fix Cleansing Pads
I first began using the Dragon's Blood Fix version of these cleansing pads but found that it slightly stung my skin and also had a very overwhelming scent to it that I wasn't too fond of. I picked this one up a few weeks ago and have been using it ever since, I feel like is more effective on my skin and because I use the scrub beforehand it does make a huge difference. I have quite sensitive skin and I personally haven't reacted to it and broken out in spots, if anything I feel like its helped eliminate the dry/flaky bits around my forehead and chin keeping it very moist and hydrated! Some people have said that this leaves their skin feeling 'sticky' but on me it sinks in perfectly leaving a perfect base for the serum to go on top of.

Glycolic Fix Serum
The serum is a little bit hit and miss with me if I'm honest, as much as I love how it makes my skin feel when first applied it doesn't dry to a pleasent finish. To me this feels tacky and slightly tight on my skin, now I don't know if thats how its really meant to feel seeing as its a serum that is supposed to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles - but its not doing anything to my skin. It's pretty pointless if i'm honest so I'm going to stick to using Sweet Almond Oil every night as it makes the biggest difference to my skin!

Have you tried any of these products and what are your thoughts? I'd love to know!
